A peek inside
You spent five months building a clockwork orrery that turns the planets in time with a music box, and the World's Fair in Paris has placed it in the great machinery hall directly beside Armand Delorme's mechanical aviary of singing brass birds. Visitors drift from your planets to his birds and back again. Every evening the judges' notes confuse the two.
All characters are adults aged 25 or older. Your choices set the pace.
