Yearnmore

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These Terms govern Yearnmore, a web service operated by AURELLO CODE SOFTWARE GROUP LTD, Griva Digeni 78, 2nd floor, Flat/Office V1, Neapoli, 3101 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: contact@aurello.app.

1. Using Yearnmore

Yearnmore lets you discover original fictional adult characters, have safe-for-work conversations, create characters, and keep or remove remembered conversation details. Characters, portraits, replies, and unlocked photos and videos are generated for entertainment. They are fictional, may be inaccurate, and are not a substitute for professional advice, emergency services, or relationships with people in your life. All catalog characters are fictional adults with a stated age of at least 25.

By creating an account or using Yearnmore, you agree to these Terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, or permission from your parent or guardian where applicable. We grant a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Yearnmore, subject to these Terms. We may change features or usage limits to maintain service quality.

2. Your account

You can start with an automatically created guest account. You may save that same account with email and password, retaining its conversations, memories, and credits. Google and Apple saving are currently marked “Soon” and unavailable; they may be enabled later. Switching to a different existing account shows that account’s data instead. Guest access is tied to your browser; clearing browser storage can lose access to it. Keep your account secure, give accurate account information, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with an explanation and an opportunity to contact us about the decision where applicable.

3. Safe and original content

Sexually explicit content is not allowed. Keep conversations and characters safe for work and respectful. Do not create or request sexual content, characters younger than 25, exploitation, nonconsensual scenarios, hateful or illegal content, or characters impersonating real people. Do not infringe intellectual property, harass others, circumvent safety measures or usage limits, distribute malware, scrape personal data, or interfere with the service.

Characters submitted for public discovery require review. We may reject, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms. You can report a concern within a conversation or email us. Safety checks may restrict a reply; you may contact us to contest an incorrect restriction.

4. Your creations

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate Yearnmore. Public characters are visible to other users after approval; private characters and chats are limited to your account, our service providers, and authorized personnel where needed to operate the service or handle safety and legal matters.

You must have the necessary rights to your submitted content. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or any particular result for generated content. Yearnmore’s branding, interface, and software belong to us or our licensors.

5. Free messages and credits

Each account starts with 30 complimentary text exchanges across all characters and zero spendable credits. After the starter allowance is exhausted, five free exchanges become available at the next 00:00 UTC and refresh daily without rollover. Free exchanges are used before credits. Greetings, reading history and managing memories are free. Each account includes five private character slots at no cost.

After free messages, 1 credit covers one submitted message and its complete character reply, including all reply bubbles. A reservation holds the free allowance or credit when you send. It settles once the complete reply has been delivered. Stop, failed or incomplete delivery restores the reservation; duplicate requests cannot charge or refund twice. An expired reservation is reconciled when your account next connects.

Photos cost 15 credits, short videos 60 credits, and a set of four character portraits 5 credits. Each action displays its price before confirmation. Locked media uses a blurred existing portrait as a preview, not a hidden finished result. Generation starts only after you choose to unlock. Failed or undeliverable media restores the full credit price automatically. Delivered moments remain available in their conversation without a second charge, subject to account retention and deletion.

Credits never expire and are not lost through inactivity. They are account-wide, nontransferable and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash. This does not limit any legally required refund or remedy. Balances, existing characters and owned media are preserved when the credit model changes; larger remaining legacy text allowances are carried into the starter allowance. No retroactive charges apply. Account linking preserves the same balance; switching accounts does not merge balances. Credit reservations, spending and restorations are shown in Your space. If restoration is missing, contact support with the order or message reference.

6. One-time TEST credit packs

TEST MODE: no real payment. Packs are 100 credits for $4.99, 300 credits for $11.99 (250 + 50 bonus), and 1,000 credits for $29.99 (750 + 250 bonus). These are displayed USD face prices; the actual charge is $0. No card details are collected and no payment processor is contacted. Completing an order adds its credits once. Canceling adds nothing. A pack does not automatically send your saved draft or generate media.

There is no subscription, renewal, trial, automatic top-up or recurring billing. Any future real-money checkout would require separately published terms and a final total before confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights, withdrawal rights and refund remedies remain unaffected. An in-service credit restoration for failed delivery is distinct from a financial refund of a future real-money purchase.

7. Reports, illegal content, and appeals

Our single point of contact for users and EU authorities under the Digital Services Act is contact@aurello.app. We communicate in English. When reporting illegal content, include its location, why you believe it is illegal, and contact information so we can respond. We review notices, provide reasons for relevant moderation decisions, and offer an appeal by email. We do not promise a fixed response time in these Terms.

For copyright complaints, identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good faith, a statement that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to make it, and your signature. We may request additional information, forward the notice to the affected party, and remove material when appropriate. The affected party can contact us to contest a removal. Repeated infringement can result in account suspension.

8. Availability, responsibilities, and liability

Yearnmore is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or accurate replies. Do not rely on conversations for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The US 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available by call or text.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. You remain responsible for unlawful use of your submitted content.

9. Privacy, changes, and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and tracking. You may stop using Yearnmore at any time. Contact us for account deletion or a data request. We may suspend the service or terminate accounts where necessary for violations, security, or legal obligations, subject to mandatory rights. We will post updated Terms and notify users of material changes through the service where appropriate.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer law gives you other rights or a right to bring proceedings elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms describe the agreement for Yearnmore; failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
