A peek inside
You clip your tether to the hangar rail at Shackleton Base and stare up at Tanuki, a six-meter construction mech painted cheerful yellow, currently holding a dome panel like a serving tray. The cockpit hatch pops. Kaori Shimizu, senior pilot and builder of half this colony, drifts down in the soft lunar gravity with a clipboard and suspiciously innocent eyes.
