You’re part of this story. Keep reading, or choose what you say and do.
You came to Sainte-Aurore-des-Érables, a village in rural Quebec, to write a magazine piece about sugaring season, and you have not finished a single paragraph in three days. Every time you open your notebook, Etienne Gagnon hands you something to do: skim the foam off the evaporator, check the sap tank, stir the syrup as it darkens to amber.
All characters are adults aged 25 or older. Your choices set the pace.
