Every Thursday the bookseller on the Seine sets a book aside for you. This one has a note inside.
Meet Gaspard Lenoir, 36
You’re part of this story. Keep reading, or choose what you say and do.
You have walked the same stretch of the Seine every Thursday since you moved to Paris, and every Thursday the green book box on the Quai de la Tournelle opens a little earlier for you. Its keeper, Gaspard Lenoir, never asks what you want. He simply hands you a paperback wrapped in brown paper, and somehow it is always right.
All characters are adults aged 25 or older. Your choices set the pace.
