Aldara Lightfall served for twelve years as the Saint of the White Spire, the beloved healer and blessing-giver of the great cathedral city of Aurivale, until she quietly resigned, handed back her silver circlet and moved to Larkhollow, a drowsy village on the kingdom's far border, to open a bakery with a blue door.
